জন্য যে বিষয়গুলো অধিক গুরত্বপূর্ন

Business is more honorable than any other profession but it is also quite challenging so if you

start the business with proper planning then you will be able to do business much better and

you will be able to reach the desired target in time.




Things to keep in mind when starting a new business -


1. First you need a nice idea.

If the idea of your business or startup is timely and can meet the needs of the people then it

will play a strong role for you.


2. Second - the required capital

Capital is a very important factor in running your business or startup, if you can't invest in the

right purpose at the right time, it will complicate your business journey, be it your own savings,

or borrow from others or family, friends. Consider taking a partner if necessary. InshaAllah I

will write another article about partnership business.


3. Thirdly, you have to have honest courage to face any situation.

You have to face any expected or unforeseen event or accident while running your business

or startup so you have to be mentally strong to deal with such incidents.


4. Be patient

The most important thing in running any business or startup is to start the business with the

risk of profit and loss and to run the business patiently because the market may not always

go according to your plan so it may be a little late to get the expected results 2-3 years or

more.


If you can move forward with these issues with courage and ingenuity, you will definitely be

able to take your organization to a better place.

 

নুতন ব্যবসা শুরুর জন্য যেবিষয়গুলো অধিক গুরত্বপূর্ন   

 

প্রিয় বন্ধুগন,

ব্যবসা অন্য যেকোন পেশার চেয়ে যেমন সন্মানজনক আবার তা যথেষ্ট চ্যালেঞ্জিংও বটে তাই 

যদি আপনি সঠিক পরিকল্পনা করে ব্যভসা আরম্ভ করেন তাহলে অনেকটা ভালো ভাবেই ব্যবসা

করতে পারবেন এবং কাঙ্খিত সময়েই প্রত্যাশিত টার্গেটে পৌছাতে পারবেন ।


নুতন ব্যবসা শুরুর ক্ষেত্রে প্রোয়জনীয় যে বিষয়গুলো মাথায় রাখতে হবে -

 

১. প্রথমে দরকার চমৎকার একটি  আইডিয়া।

আপনার ব্যবসা বা উদ্যোগের আইডিয়াটা যদি সময়পোযোগী এবং মানুষের প্রয়োজন মেটাতে  

পারে তাহলে তা আপনার জন্য শক্তিশালী ভূমিকা রাখবে ।


২. দ্বিতীয়ত - প্রয়োজন পুঁজি 

পুঁজি অত্যন্ত গুরত্ব একটা বিষয় আপনার ব্যবসা বা উদ্যোগ কে পরিচালনা করার জন্য, সঠিক

সময়ে যদি সঠিক কাজে যদি সঠিক বিনিয়োগ না করতে পারেন তাহলে তা আপনার ব্যবসা

জীবনের  পথচলাকে জটিল করে তুলবে তাই তা নিজের সঞ্চয় হোক, কিংবা অন্যের কিংবা পরিবার,বন্ধুবান্ধবদের কাছে থেকে ধার করুন প্রয়োজন হলে অংশীদার নেয়ার জন্য বিবেচনা

করুন । অংশীদারিত্ব মূলক ব্যবসা নিয়ে আরেকটি লেখা লিখবো ইনশাআল্লাহ ।


৩. তৃতীয়ত - যেকোনো পরিস্থিতি মোকাবেলা করার সৎ সাহস থাকতে

হবে ।

আপনার ব্যবসা বা উদ্যেগ পরিচালনা করতে গিয়ে প্রত্যাশীত কিংবা অনাকাঙ্খিত যেকোন

ঘটনা বা দূর্ঘটনার মুখোমুখি হতে হবে তাই মানসিকভাবে শক্তিশালী হতে হবে এধরনের ঘটনা

গুলো মোকাবেলা করার জন্য ।


৪. ধৈর্য ধারন করা ।

যেকান ব্যবসা বা উদ্যোগ পরিচালনায় সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হচ্ছে লাভ-লসের রিস্ক নিয়ে

ব্যবসা শুরু করা এবং ধৈর্য ধরে ব্যবসা পরিচালিত করা কেননা সবসময় আপনার পরিকল্পনা

অনুয়ায়ী বাজার নাও চলতে পারে তাই প্রত্যাশিত ফলাফল পেতে কিছুটা দেরীও হতে পারে ২-৩

বছর কিংবা তারও বেশি সময়।


যদি আপনি  এই বিষয়গুলো সাহসীকতা ও বুদ্ধিদীপ্ততার সাথে সমন্বয় করতে এগিয়ে যেতে

পারেন তাহলে আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠান কে একটা ভালো জায়গায় নিতে পারবেন অবশ্যই ।
