Ideas need to be verified before starting in the final stage | চূড়ান্ত পর্যায়ে শুরু করার আগে আইডিয়াকে যাচাই-বাচাই  করতে হবে 


Dear friends,

Many of us often come up with new ideas or concepts whether it is SME based or

enterprise based; When we take the initiative to start working on these concepts or

ideas after finalizing one or two of them, we have to work deeply on some of the

issues behind this concept or idea without getting excited.




Such As…


1. Whether anyone is already working on the concept or idea we are going to work on; Or

find out if he is doing it in a somewhat exceptional way.


2. We have to think about where we have to make some innovative decisions to survive in

the market by fighting with many local competitors.


3. It is important to keep in mind that district-wise markets are often more competitive

than international or national markets, and the small size of the market can have a

detrimental effect.


4. Whatever we want to work on, we have to have our own skill sharing, not rely on

others for the whole.


5. We need to know what the local law is about the concept or idea we will be working on.

প্রিয় বন্ধুগন,


আমাদের অনেকের মাথায় প্রায়ই নুতন নুতন আইডিয়া বা কন্সেপ্ট আসে তা হোক এসএমই

ভিত্তিক কিংবা উদ্যোগ ভিত্তিক; আমরা যখন এই সব কন্সেপ্ট বা আইডিয়াগুলোকে প্রাথমিক

যাচাই বাচাই করে দুই-একটা কে চূড়ান্ত করার পরে তা নিয়ে কাজ শুরুর উদ্যোগ নেবো তখন

আমাদেরকে রোমাঞ্চিত না হয়ে এই কন্সেপ্ট বা আইডিয়া এর পেছনে কিছু বিষয় নিয়ে গভীরভাবে

কাজ করতে হবে।


যেমন-

১। আমরা যে কন্সেপ্ট বা আইডিয়া নিয়ে কাজ করবো তা ইতিমধ্যেই কেউ কাজ করছে কি না;

কিংবা কিছুটা ব্যতিক্রমী পদ্ধতীতে করছে কি না তা খুজে বের করতে হবে।


২। স্থানীয় অনেক প্রতিদ্বন্দীর সাথে যুদ্ধ করে বাজারে টিকে থাকতে হলে কোথায় কোথায়

ইনোভেটিভ কিছু সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে তা আমাদেরকে ভাবতে হবে।


৩। অনেক সময় আন্তর্জাতিক কিংবা জাতীয় পর্যায়ের বাজারের চেয়ে জেলাভিত্তিক বাজারে

প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতা বেশি থাকে এবং বাজারের আকার ছোট হওয়ায় তা খুবই ক্ষতিকারক প্রভাব ফেলে,

তা বিবেচনায় রাখতে হবে।


৪। আমরা যা কিছু নিয়েই কাজ করতে চাই না কেন সেখানে নিজেদের দক্ষতার অংশীদারত্ব

থাকতে হবে অনেকটুকু,পুরোটার জন্য অন্যদের উপর নির্ভরযোগ্যতা রাখা যাবে না।


৫। আমরা যে কন্সেপ্ট বা আইডিয়া নিয়ে কাজ করবো সে বিষয়ে স্থানীয় আইনের কি বিধিনিষেধ

আছে তা জেনে নিতে হবে।
